Foundation

Cancer Centers of Florida formed a non-profit charity organization to provide emergency financial assistance to cancer patients currently in treatment for living expenses (utilities, transportation, rent, mortgage payments.) In addition, healthcare expenses may be covered (co-pays, diagnostic tests, treatment etc.) Funds are limited, and initially available to patients while undergoing cancer treatment.

Application

We realize that times are tough.  Now, more than ever, patients are facing financial challenges. This Foundation will provide assistance based on financial need. A completed application meeting specific criteria should be completed and the Board of Directors will determine which patients qualify.
